David  Given - Managing Director

David is our Boss, Say no more….. his number one passion is hunting, shooting and Fishing , the general outdoors and spending time with his two daughters that keep him extremely broke! David is proud to take over the family business and enjoys the customer relationships and banter that goes with our service. David is very hands on in the business and continues to see that our repuatation of service and delievery is maintained.

Debbie Given - Accounts and Marketing / Director

Debbie oversees the accounting and marketing aspects of Gait Trading, she also assists David in business development within Gait and making sure our customers are getting lots of offers, sometimes she even answers the phone! She doesnt really know much about locks, and all that goes with it, but she does try! Overall she is good at everything else! Debbie's passion is travelling and shopping, thats what she really does best!!

Dean is our Sales Representative all over the North Island! Dean is one of the loudest in our office, hence why we send him out on the road! Dean is a very keen fisherman however never catches much!(we have never seen any photographic proof) Dean is happy to assist you in anyway possible. He is always driving around New Zealand  usually a week home and a week away. He always has a bargin and something to sell you!

Mike Dennett - South Island Account Manager

Mike is our South Island Fella, he drives around the South to serve our customers. He has a Ute filled up with lots of Gait Product, so you can take your pickings from him as he comes by. Mike has been in the locksmithing industry for years and certainly has a lot of product knowledge. I wonder if Mike can make good "cheese rolls" ? He lives with his family in Christchurch, supported by his wife and children. I think we need to find out some more about Mike. He has a good sense of humour and is a happy go lucky lad.

Colleen Jeffrey - Customer Service

Colleen is in our Customer Services Department, processes your orders, purchasing and general office administration including reception. Colleen is also has a wealth of experience in the hardware region and knows her stuff. Colleen is also a very talented at rock’ n’ roll on a National Level with her husband. Colleen is always sought after for her hardware knowledge by our customers and has been with Gait for over 15 years!
